Criteria: By invitation from Executive Committee Members and presented to the Co-Chairpersons, who will then review and approve

Application

1. Each candidate for membership must be proposed by two current Senior Members of the Association.
2. The application must first be reviewed by the Membership Review Committee, then approved by the Executive Committee.
3. Referrers must know their candidates well and be satisfied that the candidates are persons of integrity before agreeing to refer their candidates.
4. Election to membership is at the absolute discretion of the Executive Committee who may reject an application without being obliged to provide any reason or explanation.
5. If any member is involved in a legal dispute and is found guilty, the Association reserves the right to cancel his/her membership. In such cases the membership fee and annual fee will not be refunded.
6. If any member has demonstrated improper behaviour (including unethical behaviour, bad information, fraud etc), which are harmful or contrary to the interests of the Association, or is involved in incidents that affect the reputation of the Association, the Association reserves the right to cancel his/her membership. In such cases the membership fee and annual fee will not be refunded.
7. The Association shall not be liable or liable to any member or any other person for any loss, claim, fee, charge or expense of any nature that is directly or indirectly caused by or caused by membership or membership.
8. Membership of the Association is non-transferable.
9. No Member shall make use of the Association or the facilities, services, information or documents provided by the Club for any commercial, immoral, illegal or other non-designated purposes.
10. The Membership Guideline of the Association shall be governed by and construed in all respects according to the Laws of Hong Kong. All parties must irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts as regards any proceeding, claim, dispute or matter arising (or which may arise) out of or in connection with or relating to the Membership Guideline.
